Security deposit must be paid a minimum of 30 days in advance
of your arrival date. Upon receipt, we will begin the CONFIRMATION of dates.
Please consider sending your deposit at the time of reservation to GUARANTEE your requested
dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security Deposit/Rental Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if
renter(s) cancel 30 days (or fewer) prior to confirmed arrival date.
